01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 97aceph ("97aceph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 97aceph online gaming platform available at https://97aceph.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided by 97aceph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with 97aceph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by 97aceph without exception.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity — accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 97aceph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not reside in, nor are accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 97aceph or any gaming regulatory authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. 97aceph reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time and to require documentary proof, including a government-issued identification document such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS card, PRC ID, or Philippine passport.

03Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one registered account with 97aceph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 97aceph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 97aceph Login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your account or your registered devices while your session is active.
• Updating your account information promptly in the event of any change to your personal details, payment methods, or contact information.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify 97aceph immediately via the support contact information provided in these Terms. 97aceph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that occurs before such notification is received.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

97aceph supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via payment partners), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 97aceph's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as published in the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. 97aceph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages beyond our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control.
• Active wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• 97aceph reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may include requesting supporting documentation for large transactions.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

05Bonuses & Promotions

97aceph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion as published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all 97aceph bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings generated from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement, while live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from them that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit concurrent bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: 97aceph employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Where abuse is detected, 97aceph reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, related winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account.

06Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 97aceph Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, bingo, sports betting, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules published within or alongside each game. In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed game result and the result recorded on 97aceph's server, the server-side record shall be deemed the authoritative result.

97aceph games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, ensuring that all game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party. Live dealer games follow standardised dealing and game management procedures under the oversight of the relevant game studio provider.

97aceph reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is placed or initiated in error, including due to a technical fault, software error, or miscommunication of odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. 97aceph will not be liable for any losses claimed to have arisen from a voided game round.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 97aceph Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposit transactions with your payment provider after the deposited funds have been wagered.
• Impersonating any other person, including other registered players or 97aceph staff members.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 97aceph staff or other players via any communication channel.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the 97aceph Platform — including but not limited to the 97aceph brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audiovisual elements, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 97aceph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 97aceph.

09Privacy & Data

97aceph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the 97aceph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 97aceph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.
• Technical failures, network outages, or service interruptions beyond 97aceph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, promotional materials, or game statistics published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 97aceph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

11Suspension & Termination

97aceph reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• 97aceph is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or regulatory direction.
• The player has engaged in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• The account has been flagged in connection with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• A player has self-excluded from the Platform via the responsible gaming tools and subsequently attempts to re-register during the exclusion period.

Upon account closure by 97aceph for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated by 97aceph for reasons unrelated to a player's breach (for example, regulatory change or business discontinuation), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 97aceph support. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to any additional funds beyond your verified real-money balance at the time of the request, less any outstanding charges.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 97aceph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

97aceph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 97aceph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any jurisdiction outside of the Philippines.

13Amendments

97aceph reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they affect the substantive rights or obligations of players — 97aceph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substance, or updates required by law, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 97aceph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
